Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Branxton Trailer Hire (ABN 93 627 297 474) (Branxton Trailer Hire, BTH, we, us or our) operates the Branxton Trailer Hire website and platform, providing one-off and loyalty memberships to which these terms and conditions apply.

2. You must be 18 years of age or over to sign up to a Branxton Trailer Hire membership, or be eligible for the entries following a trailer hire.

3. Membership of Branxton Trailer Hire is subject to the terms and conditions that apply to the use of the Branxton Trailer Hire website.

4. These terms and conditions are a binding agreement between us and each member of the Branxton Trailer Hire platform. By signing up to a Branxton Trailer Hire membership, or agreeing to accept membership following a hire, you agree to these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy. Please read these terms and conditions and Privacy Policy carefully before you purchase or accept a Branxton Trailer Hire membership. For more information regarding our use of your personal information and opt-out procedures, refer to our Privacy Policy.

ONE-OFF MEMBERSHIPS

5. One-off memberships are the perfect way to access our services and the Branxton Trailer Hire platform for a shorter period to suit your needs.

6. There are four types of one-off memberships, as follows:

$20- 25% off discount code for any single purchase from the Branxton Trailer Hire Merchandise page in the online store.

• $2 offer

  $2- Another 2% discount code for any single purchase from the Branxton Trailer Hire Merchandise page in the online store. This is only offered to current members of Branxton Trailer Hire. This offer is not given to persons who hire our trailers, as the benefit exchanged for the hire fee is the trailer itself.

7. You may purchase multiple one-off memberships, and this will entitle you to more eligible codes that are redeemable at one code per transaction.

Entries into promotional draws

9. If you purchase a one-off membership via a link that is advertised as part of an BTH promotion (official link) during a promotion period, you will receive the set number of entries associated with that package as a part of that particular promotion.

10. For the avoidance of doubt, you will not receive entries into more than one promotion if you purchase a once off package using an official link.

11. Entries into promotional draws are otherwise subject to the terms and conditions associated with the relevant promotion, which should be read in conjunction with these membership terms and conditions.

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

20. You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing troyh88@hotmail.com. You will then need to provide your bank account details for the refund to be given back.

21. Once the cancellation process is complete, your membership will be cancelled instantly and you will be sent a confirmation email. No refund will be offered after the monthly giveaway.

22. Cancellation of your membership will not remove you from our marketing database. To remove yourself from our marketing database you must click the unsubscribe link in the promotional email or SMS message (as relevant) and follow the prompts. Or email us at troyh88@hotmail.com

MEMBERSHIP SIGN-UP BONUSES

25. From time to time we may offer sign-up bonuses, special offers or free trial periods. These bonuses, special offers and free trial periods are only valid in accordance with the terms and conditions which apply to that bonus, special offer of free trial period.

26. If you sign up to a free trial period and do not cancel before the end of the free trial period, your nominated payment method will be automatically deducted in accordance with the loyalty membership terms set out above until you cancel your membership in accordance with these terms and conditions.

CHANGE OF DETAILS

27. You should notify us of any change of name, address, contact number, email address or billing information by updating your details online at com, by calling us on 1300 683 688 or emailing us at troyh88@hotmail.com .

28. We will not be responsible for any failure by you to notify us of your change of details, which may result in you not obtaining the full benefit of your BTH membership.

LIABILITY

29. We do not exclude any rights and remedies in respect of goods or services under the Competition and Consumer Act (2010) which cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified. However, the remainder of this clause will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and we and our partners are not be liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including but not limited to indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage whatsoever which is suffered or for any personal injury, illness or death suffered or sustained in connection with BTH membership, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

30. For the purpose of these terms and conditions, mate’s rates mean the discounted rates we have arranged with each of our partners and distributors, as well as the promotional code for our merchandise. A full list of our partners is available at www.branxtontrailerhire.com/materates

31. We are not responsible for any tax implications arising from you using the BTH platform or receiving any benefit from it.

32. We may exclude or suspend you from the BTH platform or from receiving benefits from the BTH platform if you:

A. engage in conduct that may jeopardise the proper conduct of the BTH platform.

B. act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner.

C. do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of us, our partners or any of our related entities or contractors.

D. breach any law in connection with the BTH platform or your participation in our promotions; or

E. behave in a way that we reasonably believe is otherwise inappropriate.

33. You must not assign or attempt to assign any right or liability under these terms and conditions without our prior written consent.

34. Any term of these terms and conditions that is expressed to survive, or by its nature survives, the termination or expiry of these terms and conditions will survive and continue in effect following such termination or expiry.

35. All references to $ in these terms and conditions are in Australian dollars.

36. We may, from time to time, amend these terms and conditions. The amended terms and conditions will apply from the time they are posted on the BTH website or are otherwise notified to members. If you do not wish to accept any amendments to these terms and conditions, you may cancel your BTH membership.

37. We may cease offering memberships by notifying members on the BTH website or otherwise, if we provide sufficient notice so that the termination does not cause unreasonable financial or other detriment to members.

38. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Whales, Australia.

Recieving the giveaway

The giveaway of the month will be given as cash in person. You will be required to take a picture of us giving you the money, your first name and the first letter of your last name will be used and advertised as the winner on the day in the live stream, on the website, and on the winners page. We reserve the right to use this picture on our website, or social media pages as we wish, and at any point in time in the future.

14. Purchasing of packages and discount codes, and their use on other products

When purchasing a discount package, you are eligible for the discount code and the free entries related to that package. If you then purchase items from the www.branxtontrailerhire.com page and use the code, the entries that you recieve for the clothing is in addition to the codes you recieved as part of the discount package.

15. Hire entries- Validity for hires booked on the day prior and following the month of the giveaway

Entries begin at 12 am AEDT on 1/11/2023 and finish 12pm on 30/11/2023. To enter, the hired block must commence after 12 am AEDT on 1/11/2023 and prior to 12pm on 30/11/2023. Payment must be received in full prior to the hire to receive entry into the giveaway. A "Block" is considered a hire that is shorter than, or up to 24hrs in length. All entries will be stopped at 12pm on 30/11/2023 and entries will be calculated from the beginning of each 24 hour block, or at the beginning of each hire regardless of the length of the hire or if the hire extends past the conclusions of the entry period. Blocks will not be calculated past 12pm on 30/11/23.
